Fundraising & Partnerships Manager

As a Fundraising & Partnerships Manager you will work closely with the CEO of the organisation and lead the prospecting, proposal generation, due diligence, grants management, and reporting to our funding partners. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organised, adaptable, and have excellent writing skills.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including payments, budgeting, financial reporting, grants management, and ensuring compliance with donor and regulatory requirements. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead

Wezesha is seeking an experienced and motivated Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing, early-stage organisation and take on the responsibility for shaping our MEL strategy and deliver world-class research and publications. The MEL Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing monitoring and evaluation systems to measure the impact of our citizen feedback programs in the Tanzanian healthcare system. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in monitoring and evaluation methods, exceptional report-writing skills, and significant experience in managing research teams, RCT implementation and publishing research papers.
